How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the product ordered. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout whenever available.
Do you ship to Switzerland and Europe?
Yes. We deliver throughout Switzerland and to selected European destinations. Available shipping methods and costs are calculated automatically at checkout according to your delivery address.
How do I choose the correct size?
Check the size guide available on each product page and compare the measurements with a T-shirt you already own. Our oversized products are designed to have a relaxed fit. Choose your normal size for the intended oversized look, or size down for a closer fit.
Are the T-shirts oversized?
Products described as oversized are designed with a wider body, dropped shoulders and a relaxed silhouette. Always check the individual product description because the fit may vary between different models.
How should I wash my Outlaws clothing?
Wash the garment inside out at a maximum of 30°C with similar colours. Use a gentle cycle, avoid bleach and do not iron directly over the printed design. Air drying is recommended to help preserve the fabric and print.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Return eligibility depends on the condition of the item and our current returns policy. Items should generally be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging. Please consult the Returns Policy page before sending anything back.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as quickly as possible after placing your order. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfilment has started.
How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link whenever tracking is available. Tracking information may take a short time to update after dispatch.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Our team will review the situation and explain the available solution.
